Stain Sheet and Address Label

1. Please print off the stain sheet and use it to highlight areas of special attention, giving as much detail as possible as to:

   • what the stain might be
   • how long it has been there, and
   • whether or not it has been tampered with in any way (i.e. with water or salt, if it has been rubbed, etc.)

2. For collection carried out by courier please print out an address label:

3. Then pop the stain sheet in the box with your gown when it is collected – this will entitle you to a £35 discount* off our standard prices!
